At this time (March 2004) Pastor Joe Bell is still alive and senior pastor of Grace Baptist Church Dothan Alabama. He is 90 years old.
At this time 2 of the 4 sailors - the 4 I mentioned who stayed loyal to Pastor Bell & what they learned under him - is still alive

Andy Landry died on May 5 of 2000 - he was 66 years old
Max Zimmerman died July 2 2004 - he was 77 years old
Pastor Joe W. Bell died on August 19 2005 - he was 91 years 6 months old
